What CareLedger does
CareLedger is a personal parenting documentation tool. It helps you organize event notes, review neutral drafting suggestions, browse a timeline, and create reports from records you choose to keep.
Important boundary
CareLedger does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal conclusions, or custody recommendations. AI Rewrite produces a draft for your review; it does not verify events or determine what happened. You are responsible for reviewing every record before saving or sharing it.
Free and Pro access
The free tier supports up to five local journal entries and their reviewable AI drafts. CareLedger Pro unlocks unlimited journal entries, unlimited AI Rewrite requests, and PDF reports. You can view and delete records you created regardless of subscription status.
Subscriptions and renewal
CareLedger Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable policies.
Appropriate use
Use CareLedger for lawful personal documentation. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame another person, or to submit material you do not have the right to provide.
Availability
CareLedger may be unavailable temporarily because of maintenance, network conditions, or a third-party processing interruption. When AI Rewrite is unavailable, you can continue to save your original local note.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
