Every transaction, disclosure action, communication, claim, and attached photo you create is stored in this app's local database on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device SwiftData. There is no Discloze cloud and no remote copy. Discloze does not declare the iCloud entitlement and runs no sync of its own. Your records may be included in a successfully completed, usable standard iOS Backup (iCloud Backup or Finder backup) when you have backup enabled - that is Apple's normal behavior for on-device app data, available to you, not a Discloze feature.
Device-backup contents and recovery depend on your system settings, a successfully completed usable backup and Apple’s restoration process; enabling backup alone does not guarantee recovery of every record or original file. We cannot retrieve or restore your device backups.
If you attach a photo to a disclosure record - a signed acknowledgment, a property's condition, or a defect - you may capture it with the camera or pick it from your photo library. That image is copied into the app's local store on your device and is treated exactly like your other records. Discloze has no separate photo gallery, no file vault, and no document-import feature; a photo exists only as an attachment to one disclosure record, and it may be included in your iOS Backup along with the rest of your data.
The state disclosure and fiduciary-duty reference is a fixed set of content bundled inside the app and read entirely on your device. It is built from publicly available state real-estate regulations as of the App Store release and is updated through ordinary App Store updates. Looking something up sends nothing anywhere and involves no machine-learning model or outside service - it is a straightforward on-device lookup.
There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, and no advertising identifier in Discloze. The developer does not know how often you open the app, which screens you use, how many transactions you track, or whether you subscribed - except through Apple's standard, aggregate sales reports. The app contacts no real estate brokerage, no E&O insurer, no state real estate commission, and no government system; every mention of those is reference content, and the app cannot file, report, or look up anything on your behalf.
Discloze Pro is an optional subscription (monthly or annual) sold through Apple's StoreKit 2. When you subscribe, restore a purchase, or the app checks your entitlement, your device talks directly to Apple. Discloze receives only whether the entitlement is active and a purchase identifier - never your Apple Account, payment method, or billing details. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can revoke any of these at any time in iOS Settings > Discloze. Discloze requests no microphone, no location, no HealthKit, and no contacts access.
Deleting a transaction also deletes its disclosure entries and their photos, communication history and claim records after a successful save. There is no Recently Deleted or restorable full-database archive; generated PDFs and letters do not reconstruct deleted records.
Removing the App normally removes its local container, not independently kept original media, exported files, recipient copies or older backups. Manage those copies separately. Device-backup recovery requires a usable completed backup; the developer has no record archive to retrieve.
Discloze is a professional tool for U.S. adults who work as real estate agents or brokers. It is not directed to children and knowingly collects no information from anyone.
Discloze is published in English for the United States, and its reference content is U.S.-specific. App records are not routed through a developer-operated server. Apple services, legal-page hosting, support correspondence and destinations you choose for sharing may process their information outside your country under their own policies.

It is not affiliated with any brokerage, the National Association of Realtors, any E&O insurer, or any state real estate commission. It does not provide legal advice, does not determine whether an error or omission occurred, does not predict the outcome of any claim, and does not write your defense. Verify your obligations with a real estate attorney or your state real estate commission.
If a future release ever changes how the app handles data - for example, if a later version ever introduced any sync, analytics, or outside integration - this policy will be updated and the change surfaced in the app before that feature becomes available. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

These legal pages are hosted on Vercel. Opening a page sends ordinary request information, such as the IP address, browser information and requested URL, to the host for delivery and security; see Vercel’s Privacy Notice. This website request is separate from App record storage. If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send so we can respond. Send only the details needed for that request.
The updated App pauses the normal record interface if its persistent database cannot be opened and only a temporary in-memory store is available. New recording and editing through that interface are blocked. The App keeps the existing database and attachment files rather than treating the temporary empty store as your archive. Database-dependent startup work in that interface is paused; previously scheduled reminders, widget snapshots or independent copies may remain.
Older versions may have written records to a separate fallback database. The updated App leaves those files in place and does not automatically merge, replace or delete them. Check available device storage, close and reopen the App, and contact support before deleting or reinstalling it. This recovery screen is not a backup, a repair guarantee or an automatic restoration of missing records. Older installed versions may behave differently until updated; publishing this document does not update an installed App.
Transaction, communication and claim forms edit attached local records directly. Those live values, including a newly created draft record, may autosave before Save is tapped; Save is not the only point at which those fields can persist. The updated App keeps the page open and reports a failed save. Disclosure photos are staged separately and their checked save restores the previous photo payload on failure while retaining the page selections for retry. Canceling a newly created form attempts to delete that new record and its own linked descendants; if this cannot be saved, the form remains open. Canceling an existing live-edit form does not undo earlier edits. Operation-specific deletion recovery does not globally roll back other pending records. Temporary selections are not a backup.
These save and cleanup changes require the updated App binary. Publishing this document does not update an older installed version.
