Expirify Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Expirify (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

The App is an iOS expiry management tool that helps you track items with expiration dates such as documents, insurance, and subscriptions, and sends local reminder notifications before they expire.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules. The App is protected by copyright law and may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or modified.

3. Subscription Terms

You are responsible for the accuracy of the expiry dates, notes, attachments, and other information you enter. While the App is a reminder tool, it cannot guarantee 100% notification delivery. Please do not rely on it as the sole reminder mechanism for critical legal or financial matters.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Subscriptions can be cancelled in your App Store settings.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
