Pixpipe Terms of Service

Welcome to Pixpipe (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Pixpipe is an iOS batch image processing tool offering resizing, compression, format conversion, watermarking, cropping, border addition, renaming, and more. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Free Tier & Pro Subscription

• Free tier: includes basic features (resize, compress, strip EXIF, format conversion) with up to 5 images per batch.
• Pro subscription: unlocks all advanced features (watermark, crop, border, rename, processing presets, ZIP export) with no image count limit.

3. Subscription Terms

• Pro is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system in two plans: monthly and yearly
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price as the original subscription
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process images you do not own or have rights to
• Create or distribute content that violates laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
• Image processing is lossy (especially compression and resizing) — please keep your originals safe
• We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from use of the App

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, icons, and related content of the App belong to the developer. Copyright of images you process remains with the original rights holders.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updates.
