Pixpipe Terms of Service

Welcome to Pixpipe (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Pixpipe is an iOS product-photo tool. It removes the background from your photos on-device (using Apple's Vision framework), places your item on a clean studio background, squares it for listings, and offers batch export along with watermarking, cropping, border addition, renaming, format conversion, and EXIF stripping. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Free Tier & Pro Subscription

• Free tier: includes on-device background removal, a clean white background, square framing, saving to Photos, and basic tools (strip EXIF, format conversion), with up to 5 photos per batch.
• Pro: unlocks unlimited batch volume, all background styles with contact shadow, Brand Kits, batch rename, watermark, and ZIP export.

3. Subscription Terms

• Pro is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system in three options: a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), and a one-time lifetime purchase
• The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase; it does not auto-renew. The auto-renewal terms below apply only to the monthly and yearly subscriptions
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price as the original subscription
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process images you do not own or have rights to
• Create or distribute content that violates laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
• Image processing can alter your images (for example, background removal or JPEG re-encoding) — please keep your originals safe
• We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from use of the App

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, icons, and related content of the App belong to the developer. Copyright of images you process remains with the original rights holders.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updates.
