QR Forge Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using QR Forge - QR Code Creator (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QR Forge is an iOS application that allows you to create, customize, and export static QR codes. The App supports multiple data types (URLs, text, WiFi, phone, email, SMS, vCard, location, calendar events, and social media profiles) with customizable pixel shapes, eye styles, colors, and logo embedding. All data is stored locally on your device. QR codes are static — data is encoded directly in the image, not routed through any server.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The App offers the following plans to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan - $2.99 per month
• Annual Plan - $19.99 per year
• Lifetime Access - $39.99 one-time purchase

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Actual prices will be displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account via Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. We do not collect or store any payment information.

5. Auto-Renewal Terms

• Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal price is the same as the original subscription price
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions on your device
• Subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining portion of the active period
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

The Lifetime Access plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

6. Free Tier

The App offers a free tier that includes creating up to 3 QR codes with basic data types (URL, Text, WiFi, Phone), standard pixel shapes, and PNG export at up to 1024 pixels. Premium features including unlimited codes, all data types, advanced styles, logo embedding, SVG/PDF export, batch creation, and brand presets require a paid subscription.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the App to create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Maintain your own backups of important data and QR codes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Ensure you have the right to use any logos or images you embed in QR codes

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. QR codes you create using the App are yours to use freely.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that QR codes generated by the App will be scannable in all conditions or by all QR code readers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
