By downloading or using Reeflog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and the independent developer of Reeflog (Apple Developer Team ID ZM8LF8494F), not Apple.
Reeflog is a personal recordkeeping, calculation, and reminder tool for saltwater and reef aquarium hobbyists. You enter test results, doses, water changes, tasks, and livestock; the app charts them, computes suggested doses and multi-day correction plans, derives consumption, and scores parameter stability. All data is stored locally on your device. There is no account and no server.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Reeflog on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Reeflog's core features are free. An optional Pro tier unlocks the additional features listed below, available as:
All three unlock the same Pro feature set. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region.
The Pro tier unlocks the following, each stored and computed on-device:
You own the data you enter. Because it is stored only on your device, you are responsible for retaining it — keep an iOS Backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you want it to survive device loss or reinstalling the app. The developer has no copy of your data and cannot recover it.
Reeflog provides reference calculations and recordkeeping for aquarium hobbyists. Its dosing output, safe caps, consumption figures, and stability scores are informational aids computed from values you supply, not veterinary, livestock-health, or professional advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome for your tank or its inhabitants. Additive potencies and salt-mix values are references you can and should verify against the current product label; manufacturers may reformulate. Always correct large deviations gradually.
Reeflog is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any additive, salt, equipment, or test-kit manufacturer. Product and brand names appear solely as factual, nominative references to help you identify what you use; no logos or marks are used, and no endorsement is implied.
Reeflog is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation will be accurate for your specific tank.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, livestock, or tank inhabitants, arising from your use of or inability to use Reeflog. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the developer's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
