Tavora is a personal recordkeeping and reminder tool for liquor licensees — owners of bars, restaurants, and liquor stores — who have been served with a state Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) accusation. It records accusation cases, tracks each through a hearing-stage workflow, counts down deadlines, references publicly available state ABC law, and generates defense-evidence timeline PDFs and Notice of Defense letter drafts. Records are stored locally without a developer-operated record server; optional Calendar exports, shared PDFs and system backups are separate copies. Deadlines are entered by the user, and PDFs are readable documents rather than recoverable database archives. It is not affiliated with any ABC board, government agency, or law firm; it does not facilitate the sale or consumption of alcohol; and it does not provide legal advice.
