Grindstep is a personal espresso dial-in tool for home baristas. You log your shots; it learns how many seconds one step of your own grinder moves a shot and recommends the next grind adjustment in your grinder's own units, with the math shown. It also forecasts a starting setting for new bags, plots your shots on an honest strength-and-extraction chart, and models how a bag drifts as it ages. Everything runs on your iPhone by deterministic regression over your own shots — on-device arithmetic, shown with its working. No account, no server, no cloud. Taste guidance is preference calibration, not health advice.
