By using JobBook ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

The App

JobBook is a personal productivity application that helps you track job applications and interview preparation on your own device. It is not a recruiter-facing product, does not process payroll, does not provide legal or tax advice, and does not integrate with employer systems.

Your data

Everything you enter into JobBook is stored on your device. You own your data. Uninstalling the App removes your data; we have no copy.

Subscription tiers

Free tier includes: up to 20 active applications, the core pipeline (Saved through Accepted plus archived states), basic fields, activity timeline, home screen widget, a weekly application counter, a daily reminder, and application archive.

JobBook Pro includes, in addition: unlimited applications, Interview Log and cross-application Question Bank, Contact management, Kanban view, Offer comparison with Year 1 estimate, Funnel analytics, auto follow-up reminders, Resume library, Cover letter drafts, PDF and CSV export, and Face ID / Touch ID app lock.

Subscription billing

• JobBook Pro is sold as a monthly subscription ($2.99) or an annual subscription ($19.99). The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial on first purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time through Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions on your device.
• No refunds are issued for the unused portion of an active subscription period.
• If you subscribe before the free trial ends, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited.

Acceptable use

Use JobBook for your own job search or related personal record-keeping. Do not use the App to store data belonging to other people without their permission, and do not use it for anything illegal.

JobBook is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Funnel analytics, year-one estimates, and any other computed figures are for your personal reference and are not financial, legal, or career advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobBook and its author are not liable for any loss of data, loss of offers, lost income, or any other damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If the terms change, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
