It records case-process facts — form type, receipt date, the normal processing time you note, and a timeline of RFEs, inquiries, CIS Ombudsman requests, and congressional contacts — shows how long you have waited, and can generate a delay-evidence PDF and a mandamus prep checklist to bring to an immigration attorney. Everything stays on your iPhone. Pendwrit is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, any agency, or any law firm; it collects no government identifier; it does not provide legal advice; and it is solely for documenting civil administrative processing delay.
