1. Acceptance & Parties

By installing or using SubLens you agree to these Terms of Use ("EULA"). This EULA is a binding agreement between you and the developer of SubLens ("Developer"). Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for SubLens or its content. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. The service

SubLens is a personal subscription bill tracker. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Bill amounts and dates you enter are for informational purposes only.

3. Pro subscription

SubLens offers an optional Pro subscription unlocking unlimited subscriptions, custom categories, multi-currency, advanced analytics, calendar view, CSV export, and budget alerts.

• Plans & pricing: Monthly US$1.99 / month; Yearly US$13.99 / year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end.
• Manage / cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the unused portion of an active period, except where required by law.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. License Scope

Developer grants you a non-transferable license to use SubLens on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app may not be distributed or made available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

5. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Developer's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to SubLens shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Apple for SubLens during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Product Claims

Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Developer — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of such claim.

9. Your Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for backing it up via the built-in CSV export. Deleting the app permanently removes all local data.

10. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Third-Party Beneficiary

You and Developer acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update this EULA; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app.
