Wardwell is a private organizer for a family member who suspects a court-appointed adult guardian or conservator of abuse, neglect, financial self-dealing, or isolation. The user logs dated observations, tracks the accountings the conservator is required to file against each state's statutory deadline, keeps a communication log, references each state's guardianship law and removal procedure, and generates a petition-ready Guardianship Oversight PDF. All data stays on the iPhone. Wardwell records only the user's own observations — it connects to no bank or medical account, totals no amounts, and stores no clinical diagnosis or government ID. It is not affiliated with any court, agency, or fiduciary, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice, determine whether abuse occurred, or predict a court outcome.
