By downloading or using AgentAudit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by an independent iOS developer (Apple Developer Team ID ZM8LF8494F); "we," "us," and "our" mean that developer.
AgentAudit is a personal recordkeeping tool for a property owner who has hired a management company and wants to document, item by item, where the company's reports do not match reality. You enter your own properties, management-contract terms, discrepancies, amount notes, photos, and communications. The App organizes that information on a timeline and can assemble it into a PDF for your own use.
The App is free to download and use, with the following limits: one property (with its full contract terms, discrepancy timeline, and communication log), up to ten discrepancies (three photos each), and up to twenty communications. App Lock is included free for all users.
Pro features unlock when you start the Pro subscription. Two products are offered:
Both products unlock the identical Pro feature set and differ only in billing period. Prices shown are USD; Apple displays the equivalent local price at purchase time.
Each subscription automatically renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before that end. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Refunds for the unused portion of an active period are not offered by us; refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple under its published policies.
If you start the 14-day free trial on Annual and cancel during the trial, you keep Pro access through the end of the trial and are not charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins at the end of the trial at the published price.
Pro provides the following features. The behavior described here is binding on us — if a future App update materially changes any of these descriptions, we will revise this section.
App Lock is a Free feature that uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework (Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode) to gate access to the App. Biometric data never leaves Apple's Secure Enclave; the App receives only a success/failure result. App Lock can be enabled or disabled in Settings > Privacy at any time.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, through Apple, in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, a missed contract deadline, an unfavorable dispute or arbitration outcome, or any financial loss. Reference content and generated documents are tools for your use; we do not guarantee that any lawyer, arbitrator, or court will accept or be bound by them.
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms govern as between you and us; the Apple EULA governs as between you and Apple.
Any company or agency name that may appear in the App or in this document belongs to its respective holder. AgentAudit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any such entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the App on next launch. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
