It logs each repossession event and the agent's conduct, records what was observed on a breach-of-peace checklist alongside the public text of UCC 9-609 and state law, inventories the personal property left in the car and tracks its recovery, and (on Pro) exports an evidence timeline PDF and a personal-property demand letter. Everything stays on your iPhone. It stores no auto-loan account details, is not affiliated with any government agency, lender, repossession company, or law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not decide whether a repossession was lawful.
