Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how CreatorBook ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. CreatorBook is designed around a simple principle: your data stays on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

CreatorBook does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Account credentials for any third-party platform
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics events
• Location data
• Usage telemetry of any kind

The app contains no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Apple's StoreKit framework handles subscription transactions — Apple's own privacy policy applies to those payments.

2. Data You Enter

When you use CreatorBook you may enter information such as:

• The platforms you use and their handles (e.g. "@yourhandle")
• Follower counts, view counts, engagement, and revenue figures
• Posts you choose to track, including titles, topics, tags, and time spent
• Optional notes or context

All of this is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is never uploaded to a server we control. We have no access to it.

3. Photo Library & Screenshot OCR

CreatorBook offers an optional Screenshot OCR feature that lets you import numbers from analytics screenshots you've taken yourself. When you use this feature:

• The image is read from your photo library only after you explicitly pick it.
• Text recognition is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
• Neither the image nor the recognized numbers are uploaded anywhere.
• The image is not stored by CreatorBook beyond the session needed to extract text.

4. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to CreatorBook Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple via the App Store. CreatorBook only learns whether your subscription is currently active, through Apple's StoreKit. We do not see your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID. Refer to Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles subscription data.

5. Sharing & Export

You may choose to export your data as a CSV file and share it via the iOS share sheet. The destination of any shared file (email, AirDrop, cloud storage, etc.) is entirely under your control. CreatorBook does not pre-populate any recipient or upload anywhere on your behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

CreatorBook is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, the "Last updated" date above will change and the new policy will be effective immediately upon update. Material changes that affect existing users will be communicated through the app's update notes.
