Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreatorBook ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The App

CreatorBook is a manual-entry performance journal for content creators. You enter your platform metrics, the app stores them locally on your device, and the app shows you trends and insights derived from what you've entered.

CreatorBook does not connect to any social platform's API. The accuracy and freshness of every number in the app depends entirely on what you enter. The app is a journal, not an automated tracker.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store licensing terms.

3. Free Tier

The free tier of CreatorBook lets you:

Track up to 3 platforms
Manually log followers, views, and revenue
See basic growth charts and 30-day history
Goals with progress tracking and deadline countdown
Home screen widget (small and medium)
Use one creator profile

4. Pro Subscription

CreatorBook Pro unlocks the following features:

Unlimited platforms
Post-level tracking with topic and format tags
Screenshot OCR (on-device)
Cross-platform comparison and pattern analysis
Effort efficiency analysis (views per hour spent)
Best posting time discovery
Revenue tracking with monthly breakdown
Multiple creator profiles
CSV export

Subscription terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Subscriptions are non-refundable within the active period, except where required by law.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before the trial ends, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited.

5. Your Data

The data you enter into CreatorBook is yours. The app stores it on your device. You can delete it at any time by removing the app from your device. Deletion is permanent — we have no copy.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, distribute modified versions, or use it to violate any applicable law. Don't enter content that infringes on others' rights.

7. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any insights it generates will be accurate or commercially useful.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBook and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
