GameLease is a personal recordkeeping and reminder tool for landowners who lease their own land to hunters. It keeps each lease on record, logs the payments received and harvest reports turned in season after season, tracks insurance-certificate (COI) and renewal dates with reminders, references 50-state recreational-use liability statutes, and generates a per-lessee report card and a Schedule E lease-income summary PDF. All data stays on your iPhone. It is not a marketplace, does not process payments or hold funds, performs no background checks, and does not provide legal or tax advice — consult an attorney for liability questions and a CPA for taxes.
