Improvory is a personal recordkeeping tool for homeowners. It logs every capital improvement you make to your home (project, date, cost, contractor, permit, IRS Publication 523 category), sums the amounts you enter, and generates a Capital Improvements Summary PDF to hand to your accountant when you sell. All data stays on your iPhone. Improvory is not tax software and not a financial service: it does not calculate your taxes, gain, or cost basis, and it does not give tax advice.
