InvoicePad Privacy Policy

Thank you for using InvoicePad - Invoice Maker (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

1. Data Collection & Storage

The App does not collect, upload, or transmit any personal data to remote servers. All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple SwiftData (SQLite).

• Business information you enter (company name, address, logo, tax IDs) is stored only on your device
• Client and customer records are stored only on your device
• Invoices, estimates, and receipts you create are stored only on your device
• The App requires no registration and no login

2. Photo Library Access

The App lets you attach photos - a business logo or supporting images - to your invoices. Photos are chosen through the system photo picker, are stored locally within the App, and are never uploaded to any server. The App only accesses the specific photos you select, and functions fully without attaching any.

3. Analytics & Tracking

The App does not use any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect user data. We do not track your usage behavior, location, or any other personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect or process your data. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases (see below).

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App uses Apple's StoreKit 2 framework to offer subscription plans. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or transaction details beyond what Apple provides to developers through standard StoreKit APIs (such as transaction verification).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual invoices, clients, or business profiles at any time within the App
• Deleting the App removes all associated data from your device

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is designed for business professionals and freelancers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
