Marksworth is a personal record-keeping and reference tool for U.S. owners of federally registered trademarks. It logs dated use-in-commerce evidence by goods/services class and use type (with optional specimen photos), tracks statutory maintenance deadlines (Section 8, the Section 8/9 renewal, and the Section 15 window), records challenges to a mark, includes a plain-language Lanham Act / USPTO / TTAB reference, and can generate a continuous-use evidence PDF. All data stays on your iPhone; the app connects to no USPTO system and to no cloud. It is not affiliated with the USPTO, the TTAB, INTA, or any law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not determine whether a mark is abandoned, and does not file with the USPTO.
