Private notes on the people who matter — Legal
Choose People > New Peoplebox Contact to save a name and optional phone, email, company and job title only in Peoplebox. No Contacts permission is needed. Edit the profile from its menu. Connecting iPhone Contacts is optional and read-only; Peoplebox never adds, changes or deletes system contacts. Local profiles and system contacts with saved relationship records share the 20-contact free limit.
Follow-ups show the related person's name, task and due date. Tap one to open the contact and locate that follow-up, then tap the follow-up to edit it.
To start a message, open a contact with an accessible phone number and choose Send Message. Select a number if needed, then write and send using the system composer. Messaging must be available on your device. Peoplebox cannot read your SMS or iMessage history; sending does not automatically log an interaction or complete a follow-up.
The updated Pro page offers Annual and Lifetime; existing monthly subscriptions remain supported. Free includes records for up to 20 contacts, all follow-up reminder intervals, App Lock, widgets and CSV contact summaries. CSV is readable information, not a restorable database backup.
To restore paid access, open the Pro page and choose Restore Purchases. If authentication is cancelled, Peoplebox stays locked; tap Unlock to retry. Removing a system contact deletes their Peoplebox history and saves their name in Hidden People; unhiding only restores visibility, not deleted notes. Delete Contact permanently removes a Peoplebox-only profile and its linked notes/follow-ups, without a Hidden People recovery entry. These actions never change iPhone Contacts or erase exported copies.
