By downloading or using Peoplebox (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
All notes, tags, and follow-ups you create belong to you. They are stored locally on your device; we do not access, read, or back them up.
Peoplebox offers an optional Pro subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iOS device. No refunds are offered for the unused portion of an active subscription period. If a free trial is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Because all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

除法律许可外，您同意不对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或试图提取其源代码。
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们不保证本应用无错误或不间断。由于所有数据均本地存储，您负责备份自己的设备。
在法律允许的最大范围内，因您使用本应用产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害（包括数据丢失），我们概不负责。
我们可能会不时更新本条款。变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受修订后的条款。
本条款受您居住地法律管辖，不适用冲突法原则。
