Everything you enter lives in this app's local database on your iPhone. There is no TermTrack server, so we cannot read, restore, sell, subpoena-respond to, or transfer your records — we never have them. We do not run analytics, crash reporting, or any advertising identifier, so we do not know how often you open the app, which screens you visit, or what conditions you are tracking.
This is the promise that matters most for this app: TermTrack does not send anything to your probation or parole officer, the court, a Department of Corrections, a parole board, a drug-testing hotline or lab, or any law enforcement agency at any level. Your color code log, your missed-or-tested record, your payment history — none of it leaves your device, and none of it is reported to anyone. What you record is for you.
TermTrack's calculations (term progress, days remaining, service-hours totals, streaks) are plain arithmetic performed on your device. The app makes no predictions about your case and renders no opinion about your supervision outcome — it records what you tell it and counts. Nothing is sent off your device for processing.
This data is included in your standard iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes) when those are enabled — that is Apple's behavior for all on-device data, not a TermTrack feature. We cannot see your iOS Backups; only Apple can, under their terms. If you delete the app without an iOS Backup, the data is permanently gone. There is no in-app export, import, or backup beyond the PDF you generate.
aps-environment entitlement.TermTrack does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, HealthKit, or location. It does not link CoreLocation at all — there is no GPS, no geofencing, no map.
TermTrack offers an optional Pro subscription (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) through Apple's StoreKit 2. When you subscribe, restore, or when the app checks your entitlement, your device talks directly to Apple. TermTrack receives only entitlement status (active or inactive) and a purchase identifier — never your Apple ID, payment method, or billing address. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
TermTrack is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not affiliated with any court, Department of Corrections, probation office, parole board, or law enforcement agency. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for following the specific conditions of your court order. It exists to help you stay organized and complete supervision — never to evade it.
TermTrack is intended for U.S. adults under community supervision. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because all data is on your device, you control retention completely. To erase everything, delete the app (and remove it from any iOS Backups you keep). There is no remote copy for us to delete.
If a future release ever changes how the app handles data — for example, if a later version ever introduces sync, analytics, or any third-party integration — we will update this policy and surface the change in the app before that feature becomes available.
