By downloading or using TermTrack (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by Flint Software, an independent iOS developer (Apple Developer Team ID ZM8LF8494F); "we," "us," and "our" mean that developer.
TermTrack is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool for U.S. adults on probation or parole. You enter information about your supervision — color code calls, check-ins, community service hours, payments, court dates, and treatment sessions. The App organizes those records, computes simple progress figures (days remaining, percent of term complete, service-hours totals, streaks), optionally adds deadlines to your iPhone Calendar, and generates a Compliance Summary PDF for your own use.
The App is free to download and use, with these limits: 1 supervision profile, unlimited daily color code logging, up to 3 tracked conditions on the dashboard, and day-of reminders. The 3-organization support stack (SAMHSA National Helpline, National Reentry Resource Center, Legal Aid) is always visible in the About screen.
Pro features unlock when you start a Pro subscription or complete the Lifetime purchase. Three products are offered:
All three unlock the identical Pro feature set. Prices shown are USD; Apple displays the equivalent local price at purchase.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before that end. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are determined solely by Apple under its published policies. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge with no recurring billing.
If you start the 7-day free trial on Annual and cancel during the trial, you keep Pro access through the end of the trial and are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins at the end of the trial at the published price. Monthly has no trial.
Pro provides the following features. The behavior described here is binding on us — if a future App update materially changes any of these descriptions, we will revise this section.
App Lock is a Free feature using Apple's LocalAuthentication framework (Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode) to gate access to the App. Biometric data never leaves Apple's Secure Enclave; the App receives only a success/failure result. App Lock can be toggled in Settings > Privacy at any time.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, through Apple, in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, missed deadlines, missed drug tests or check-ins, revocation outcomes, or any consequence of your supervision. Reference figures and reminders are tools for your use; we do not guarantee that any officer, court, or agency will accept or be bound by them.
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms govern between you and us; the Apple EULA governs between you and Apple.
All organization and agency names referenced in the App or this document — including SAMHSA, the National Reentry Resource Center, the Legal Aid Society, and any state Department of Corrections or probation/parole authority — belong to their respective holders. TermTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any listed entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the App on next launch. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
