Typelet Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Typelet (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

1. Data Collection & Storage

The App does not collect, upload, or store any personal data on remote servers. All your templates, folders, and settings are stored locally on your device.

• Templates and folders are saved via Apple SwiftData inside the App sandbox and App Group container
• Subscription status is managed by Apple StoreKit; we do not maintain any server-side accounts
• The App requires no registration and no login

2. Keyboard Extension

Typelet ships an iOS keyboard extension for quickly inserting your saved text templates. Note:

• The keyboard extension does NOT request "Allow Full Access"
• The keyboard extension has no network access and cannot read what you type in other apps
• It only reads templates you created in the main app, shared locally via App Group

3. Permissions

• File access: only when you explicitly choose Import / Export, used to read or save JSON backup files

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs (no analytics, no ads, no crash reporting).

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed via Apple's StoreKit. Apple handles all payment information; we never see your payment credentials.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and describe the changes.
