Typelet Terms of Service

Welcome to Typelet (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

The App provides custom text template management and an iOS keyboard extension for quickly inserting preset content into any app that supports third-party keyboards.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws and regulations
• Do not use the App for harassment, spam, or other inappropriate behavior
• You are solely responsible for the content of templates you create

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription. The Free tier includes basic features with limited templates
• Pro unlocks unlimited templates, custom folders, variables, themes, import/export, batch operations and other advanced features
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's StoreKit and charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of each period at the same price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

4. Data & Backups

All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not provide cloud sync. Please use the in-app "Export Backup" feature regularly to back up your templates. We are not responsible for data loss caused by lost devices, OS reinstallation, or failure to back up.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The code, icons, and interface design of the App belong to the developer. Templates you create remain your property.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
